RestaurantCasa Silva

Next to the hotel in the winery’s premium wine barrel room, Viña Casa Silva has opened a restaurant and wine bar decorated in refined Chilean winery style.
Guests can enjoy an excellent selection of international cuisine and the best of typical Chilean food in the restaurant inside the century-old bodega. Warm native raulí wood once used in the old wooden casks welcomes the visitors and invites them to enjoy the generosity of its cuisine, among the best flavors of our land and reflective of the qualities of the prestigious house wines.

RestaurantViu Manent

Viña Viu Manent now has a new restaurant set in an old colonial building called “La Llavería.” This restaurant opens its doors to offer visitors a menu that reflects the Colchagua Valley’s exceptional gourmet tradition, as interpreted by “Toques Blanches” consulting chef Claudio Marras and staff chef Andrés Hadweh. These two masters of fine dining are inspired to create their menu based on seeking out the best dishes to pair with Viu Manent wines.
Indoor and outdoor dining areas in a fascinating setting and the best attention await you and your family or friends to make your visit an unforgettable experience.

PanPan VinoVino

In the heart of the Colchagua Valley and close to major wineries, just 6 km (3.7 mi) from Santa Cruz along the road to San Fernando, the Panpan Vinovino Restaurant is worth stopping in for a visit.
Panpan Vinovino now operates in what was once the bakery for the Hacienda Cunaco, one of Colchagua’s most important 18th-century estates.
It maintains the original architectural details, flooring, and other elements, such as the enormous oven once used for baking the bread eaten by all those who lived on the estate. Today the oven is the centerpiece of the restaurant’s décor, along with furniture and other details that provide a very special and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant also has a small shop featuring wines and other local products such as embroidery from the Apalta Valley, pottery from Pañul, olive oil, and typical Chilean pastries.

Other favorites include its famous Pisco Sour, made from a favorite family recipe.
The family has been tied to the Chilean Rodeo for generations, and they organize events for groups, entertaining outdoor lunches, and rodeo demonstrations in their own arena.
